- 2. Suppliers
- 3. Substitutes
- 4. New entrants
- 5. Existing rivals
We tend to focus most on 1 and 5, right – good or bad?
How the “Nordic” flight industry will play out, remains to be seen. Porter is correct, you need profitability to stay long term.
I still hold Norwegian stock, I fly Ryan to Spain, but want to use SAS (Arlanda). I´m kind of the ordinary Spain commuter.
